Built for a multi-branch operator and now running their day-to-day. Every branch shares one system: stock moves and ingredient usage are tracked to the unit, cashiers reconcile against orders, staff clock in and out, and management pulls financial analytics and downloadable Excel reports without touching a spreadsheet.

Sellers submit items for listing, buyers and stores transact, and every payout runs through a request → claim → completion pipeline so balances always reconcile. Admins get impersonation for support, issue reporting, and reporting dashboards across the whole floor.

Coop is the most demanding system in the group. It serves roughly 4,000 members and up to 20 admins per cooperative, with tenant isolation enforced at the database by Postgres row-level security rather than trusted to application code. Loan amortisation reconciles to the centavo, and every mutation is written to an audit log by a database trigger.
